*Headband is covered with navy blue velvet fabric. The top is adored with hand-sewn sequins and beads that sparkle!

Shipping will be a flat fee of $6.00. Free Shipping with orders over $50.
Purchased items will be mailed USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS First Class), within the given processing time, at the time the order was placed (excluding holidays and weekends).
